On Ceylon Seva you build a profile with your skills, experience and the hourly rate you expect. Once it’s approved, we send you job offers suited to you, and you decide which to take. Your hours are recorded and confirmed, and your payment statements show what you earned. You work as an independent contractor.
Need a driver?
A business books drivers for a project, such as an event or a season of guest transfers. A household creates a position for a driver with the days and hours it needs. You compare the drivers matched to you and their hourly rates before you book.

- Can I book a driver for a few days only?
- Yes. Every booking has its own dates and an end date, from a few days to several months.
- Can I drive for both businesses and families?
- Yes. Choose businesses, households or both when you build your profile.
- How is a driver paid?
- By the hour, at the rate the driver set. The client confirms the hours worked, and the driver’s payment statements show what they earned and when the payment is sent.
